…sweetie-pie today at lunch………..
Yesterday afternoon, Boucle and I visited the Lake in Oakville. There is a historical post office from the mid 1800s. The young lady was pleased as punch to see Boucle in the entrance. She looked at Boucle and then looked at me, smiling in Boucle happiness ( not because of me taking a picture, as this was a wide angle and I had the camera pointed at Boucle, it was all sweetie-pie).
He does spread his happiness to everyone he meets. 🙂

…sweetie-pie waiting out the storm……..
A lot of dogs are bothered by thunder and lightening, but not sweetie-pie.
When I just got him, during the first storm I sat in the kitchen beside him. Everytime there was lightening or thunder, I would not react, just casually looked about. And out of the corner of my eye, I could see him looking at me, to see if it would bother me. Since I didn’t react, I think he learned that he didn’t need to react. So Boucle is not afraid of storms. But….the downside is that he is not afraid of storms and he really should be, so that if he were ever on his own in a storm, he would take shelter. Upsides and downsides……
…sweetie-pie………
He is such a good dog. I removed his leash and moved a few feet in front to take his pic. He posed for a couple of minutes and then got distracted. I looked over and there were two yorkies he went to greet. The owners had stood quietly to the side, waiting for us to finish, while sweetie-pie posed. I was so proud of Boucle, he was so good, looking this way and that while I told him he was beautiful and such a good Boucle. And when finished, as I stood, and noticed the yorkie people, I beamed….such a good dog.
