Boucle saw me pull out my camera….and got all excited that I had my toy…..and he wanted to play too….with a toy……
So down he pulled his skunk from his toy basket……..
And of course, I did give him a bit of chase, before I went back to photographing shoes……

All for the Beef…..beef beef beef………
Any dog would understand what sweetie-pie is going through….
It is hard waiting…..but it must be done……..
It sure does take a long time for the beef to cook……
Oh those glorious smells……..

I pulled the wrapped beef from the fridge.
Immediately Boucle came into the kitchen.
..sniff…sniff…..Beef…….
I unwrapped it . He circled around my back….closer towards the beef…….
…sniff…sniff….Beef…..
Will sweetie-pie get some?
Will all that sniffing be worth it?

…that is snow on his nose……
-13C – very cold.  This is Boucle right after our walk.   He gets all bundled up in a sweater under his winter coat – see below.
But it is still cold. For him, the coldest part is standing on the ground. We have to keep moving, otherwise he lifts a paw, and then another because it is soooo soooo cold. Booties have not worked. So we keep our walk short, to about 20 mins. Tomorrow will be the same.
…that is snow on sweetie-pie’s nose. Just as we started our walk, a snow squall started too.
