…satisfaction………..
🙂 🙂
-13C – very cold.  This is Boucle right after our walk.   He gets all bundled up in a sweater under his winter coat – see below.
But it is still cold. For him, the coldest part is standing on the ground. We have to keep moving, otherwise he lifts a paw, and then another because it is soooo soooo cold. Booties have not worked. So we keep our walk short, to about 20 mins. Tomorrow will be the same.
…that is snow on sweetie-pie’s nose. Just as we started our walk, a snow squall started too.
Boucle gets all excited when I pull out my camera, which he thinks is my toy. Which it is 🙂 He thinks we are going to play together and I am going to point it at him, and he will get to pose and do his thing.
When he realizes that I am not pointing it at him, he quietly goes to a spot on the sofa and waits out my photoshoot. He really is such a good dog. This was snapped during my session.

The doodle spots Boucle….Boucle sees the doodle……..
and………here he comes!!!!
a very bouncy, lively doodle…….wanting to play ….
and finally, a bit of calm….
and the doggy greet……. 🙂
P.S. The beagle was with the same person as the doodle. I suspect the Beagle would sniff his way into spots where he shouldn’t go, and not hear his name as the smells were so intoxicating. While I saw him, he barely lifted his head. Hence one doodle off leash, and one beagle on leash.
The beginning of the path was covered in shade, and so lots of snow and icy slush made for icky walking. Boucle prefers dry, or packed snow. He’s looking at me as if to say, Heh! You promised me spring and sunshine.
Now, he is getting into the groove of it. There is no more ice and we are getting closer to the water. He sees the sparkles of the Lake and is all excited. Soon, the leash will come off and he can wander and sniff to his hearts content.
…sweetie-pie….
..Saturday afternoon at the lake…….
…more in our next blog post……….
…finally in the car……..
…looking around….waiting for the car to move…..
Let’s go Jane! 🙂
An incredible day yesterday. We broke a record for a January day +14.6C!
And Boucle did not need the weather channel to tell him that it was a beautiful day. And of course – we would be going to the lake.
He was excited at the house.
He was excited once in his seat in the car.
Looking around – and waiting for the car to go.
Let’s Go! Let’s Go!
