Boucle had fun! All the birds, all the dogs……fabulous sniffing…….!
One last look….
and Boucle is one happy dog……
on his way home………. 🙂
The doodle spots Boucle….Boucle sees the doodle……..
and………here he comes!!!!
a very bouncy, lively doodle…….wanting to play ….
and finally, a bit of calm….
and the doggy greet……. 🙂
P.S. The beagle was with the same person as the doodle. I suspect the Beagle would sniff his way into spots where he shouldn’t go, and not hear his name as the smells were so intoxicating. While I saw him, he barely lifted his head. Hence one doodle off leash, and one beagle on leash.
The beginning of the path was covered in shade, and so lots of snow and icy slush made for icky walking. Boucle prefers dry, or packed snow. He’s looking at me as if to say, Heh! You promised me spring and sunshine.
Now, he is getting into the groove of it. There is no more ice and we are getting closer to the water. He sees the sparkles of the Lake and is all excited. Soon, the leash will come off and he can wander and sniff to his hearts content.
…sweetie-pie….
..Saturday afternoon at the lake…….
…more in our next blog post……….
…finally in the car……..
…looking around….waiting for the car to move…..
Let’s go Jane! 🙂
An incredible day yesterday. We broke a record for a January day +14.6C!
And Boucle did not need the weather channel to tell him that it was a beautiful day. And of course – we would be going to the lake.
He was excited at the house.
He was excited once in his seat in the car.
Looking around – and waiting for the car to go.
Let’s Go! Let’s Go!
🙂
more from our excursion in tomorrow’s post…..
Sweetie-pie spent half the afternoon getting some haircut adjustments, to his feet, tail, inside ears and a little on his face. Sweetie-pie is so good, and he knows when it is over and done, because I put my eyeglasses away. As soon as I do that, he jumps up – all excited – and wants to go out into the backyard and celebrate. It’s over!
…sweetie-pie last evening……….
